  1. Scope & Compliance Valley Communications is a National Advertising and PR Agency. We operate in strict accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), and the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 (Cth). This policy governs how we identify and contact business partners for professional B2B services.
  2. Data Collection (Inferred Consent) We only collect business contact information (Names, and Mobile Numbers) that has been publicly self-published by businesses for the purpose of being contacted for commercial opportunities. This includes:
    • Official Business Websites and Google Business Profiles. Everything is in compliance with the Spam and Do Not Call Laws.
    • Public Professional Directories (e.g., Yellow Pages).
    • Professional Networking Platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).

  3. Anti-Spam & Telemarketing Protocols To ensure absolute compliance with Australian Law, Valley Communications maintains the following standards:
    • Do Not Call Register (DNCR): All outbound call lists are “washed” against the Do Not Call Registerto ensure no private or registered numbers are contacted.
    • No Automated Blasting: We do not use “Robo-diallers” or automated SMS broadcasting. All outreach is conducted by human representatives to provide relevant B2B offers.
    • Sender ID Integrity: All SMS communications (where applicable) comply with the 1 July 2026 SMS Sender ID Register mandate.
    • All emails sent are in accordance with the Spam Laws based on consent and unsubscribe.
  4. Your Rights: Opt-Out & Erasure We respect your right to privacy and the Right to Erasure (2026). You may:
    • Opt-Out: Request immediate removal from our research.
    • Access: Request a copy of the specific public source from which your data was identified.
    • Correction: Update your professional details.
